Overview

$18.60 / hour

 

REQUIREMENT:

  • Candidates must be a minimum age of 18 year old
  • Candidates must be available to work Full-Time and have open availability.

 

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll provide guests with exceptional service when they visit the park.

 

You’ll also…

  • Open and close the front gate and phone room areas with the leadership team.
  • Coordinate with guests and departments to resolve guest issues.
  • Promote a positive environment for guests and associates.
  • Assist with attractions accessibility program. 
  • Motivate, mentor, and manage the performance of Guest Services Associates.
  • Ensure all guest phone calls/emails are answered effectively and in a timely manner. 
  • Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.
