Overview

$22.50 / hour

 

This is a vacant position. Candidates must be 18+ years of age and must be available to work overnight shifts for April-Labour Day 2026. 

 

Joining our Canada’s Wonderland team means you’ll help maintain a clean and pleasant environment for our guests when they visit the park.  

 

You’ll also… 

  • Oversee daily activities of small crew and ensure tasks are completed in a timely and safe manner
  • Operate commercial/municipal maintenance equipment to assist in the completion of site clean-up program (tractor, sweeper, scrubber, loader, vacuum, heavy truck)
  • Site clean-up including; pressure washing, waste handling/recovery, litter control, and general clean-up
  • Assist with other duties as required

Qualifications

  • You!
  • Previous leadership experience is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operation and routine preventive maintenance of various types of heavy equipment
  • Candidates with a valid Ontario Driver’s license (class G/G2) with a clean abstract
  • Individuals that are able to meet the physical requirements of the job including: bending, lifting, utilizing hand tools and working in various weather conditions
  • People that are able to work cooperatively in a team setting
  • Candidates that have a reliable source of transportation, outside of public transit
  • Individuals that are able to provide their own CSA approved safety footwear
  • Availability to work 12:00am to 9am, rotating shift schedule (7 days on 3 days off, 7 days on 4 days off) during the summer operating season. Shift requirements change in the fall and winter seasons
